To ensure a premium experience for all our guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines. These policies help maintain the sophisticated atmosphere that defines our establishment.
Respect & Conduct
All guests are expected to treat staff members and fellow players with courtesy and respect. Our club fosters an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy their experience without discrimination or prejudice.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Aggressive behavior, verbal abuse, physical altercations, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave immediately and may face permanent membership revocation without refund.
Equipment Care
Please handle all tables, cues, balls, and accessories with care. Sitting or leaning on tables is strictly prohibited. Report any equipment issues to staff immediately. Intentional damage will result in charges.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the premises. Our in-house cafeteria offers a wide selection of refreshments and snacks. Please consume food and drinks only in designated areas.
Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual without explanation. This includes the right to terminate a booking in progress if club policies are violated.
Time Extensions
Booking extensions are subject to table availability and must be requested at least 15 minutes before your session ends. Extensions cannot be guaranteed during peak hours or when subsequent bookings exist.
Damage Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to club property during their visit. This includes torn cloth, broken cues, damaged balls, or any other equipment. Charges will be assessed at replacement value.
Dress Code
Smart casual attire is required at all times. Sportswear, beachwear, flip-flops, and clothing with offensive graphics are not permitted. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate attire.
Booking Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your reserved slot. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided, after which your booking may be released to waiting guests. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the club premises is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
