Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully before using our services. By making a booking or visiting our establishment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid payment authorization.
A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp or email upon successful booking.
Please retain your booking reference number for check-in purposes.
Group bookings of 4 or more tables require advance notice of 24 hours.

Time Slot Responsibility

Guests are responsible for arriving within their designated time slot.
Each booking includes a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time.
Bookings not claimed within the grace period may be released without refund.
Time slots are strictly enforced to ensure fair access for all guests.
Please plan your arrival accounting for parking and check-in procedures.

Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals within 15 minutes of booking time will receive full allocated duration.
Arrivals between 15-30 minutes late will have their session reduced accordingly.
Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late may forfeit their booking entirely.
No extensions or refunds will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.
In case of unavoidable delays, please contact us immediately.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Corporate accounts and credit facilities are available upon application.
All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations made 24+ hours before booking: Full refund provided.
Cancellations made 12-24 hours before booking: 50% refund provided.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before booking: No refund.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refund or rebooking credit.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Pricing Terms

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional rates and discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
Prices displayed online are indicative and confirmed at time of booking.
Special event pricing may apply during holidays and peak seasons.
Management reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Happy Hours Validity

Happy hour rates apply Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Happy hour pricing is not valid on public holidays or special events.
Weekend bookings (Friday-Sunday) are charged at standard rates.
Happy hour rates cannot be combined with other promotions.
Management may modify happy hour timings at its discretion.

VIP Room Usage

VIP rooms require minimum 2-hour booking duration.
Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed.
Additional charges apply for exceeding guest limits.
VIP amenities are subject to availability.
Damage to VIP room furnishings will incur replacement charges.

Liability Limitations

The club is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen on premises.
Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
The club is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper equipment use.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of services purchased.
Force majeure events release the club from booking obligations.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.
These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Management decisions regarding disputes are final and binding.
The club may terminate memberships for policy violations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
Arabic version of these terms shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
International guests agree to UAE legal jurisdiction upon booking.
Compliance with local regulations is mandatory for all guests.
